SOMNI SOUNDS is a captivating project focused on creating pieces that redefine the boundaries between sculpture and music, through the creation of sound sculptures.

Originating from the creative minds of Carlos Pinheiro, Music Therapist, and Leticia Billwiller, Musician and Singer, the essence of the brand synthesises this couple’s deep love for music and the transformative power of sound.

We are proud to be a small
family business, where each creation receives the attention and care it deserves. In a world increasingly dominated by conglomerates, we stand as a resistance to this trend , valuing artisanal work and a genuine connection with nature.

This approach allows us to infuse love and dedication into each instrument we produce, reflecting our essence and commitment to quality and authenticity.

Carlos Pinheiro

is a multi-instrumentalist passionate about music from different cultures and deeply influenced by sacred rituals that have music as their guiding principle.

From these practices, he was led to find his purpose in life: to empower everyone with the gift of making music and art, in an intuitive, light, and playful way.

Located in the mountains of Lumiar, on a site surrounded by lush forest and bathed by the waters of the Macaé River, we find inspiration in every detail and sound of the nature around us.

Here, in harmony with the environment, we build sound sculptures that resonate with the delicate and powerful pulse of the heart of the forest. . Our vision is to be able to extend to all places in the world the possibility of recreating the harmony and peace that we find in our home.

THE CREATION
PROCESS

Our work is full of dedication and creativity. The creative journey begins with research and development of new instruments, always seeking to innovate and find unique sounds. Each project is a new opportunity to explore geometries and techniques that reflect the essence of the nature around us.

In production, every step is carried out with full attention,from the choice of materials, through the rough manufacturing process, to the delicacy of fine-tuning. Each instrument receives our deep involvement, ensuring that each sound produced is harmonious and special. Design is also a fundamental part of the process, where aesthetics meet functionality, creating true works of sonic art.

At the forefront of this process is our exchange with our customers, allowing them to share their experiences and needs. This connection makes each creation even more meaningful, transforming the simple act of producing into a true exchange of emotions and stories, giving more life to our work.
