Exchange, return and refund

For us at Somni, our commitment is your complete satisfaction with your purchases with us. Our Exchange and Refund Policy, aligned with the Consumer Protection Code, reflects our pursuit of a relationship based on respect and trust.

If you need to exchange or return a purchased product, we are here to answer your questions and assist you throughout the process.

When you purchase any product from our online store, you automatically agree to our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy.

Reasons for Exchange or Return

Technical or Manufacturing Defect: If you detect any technical or manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 (thirty) days from receiving the product (as per Art. 18 and Art. 26 of the Consumer Defense Code) to report the problem.

Damage during Transport: If the product is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately and send us images that prove the damage.

Product Does Not Match the Order: If you receive a product that does not match your order, you must report the discrepancy within 7 (seven) days after receiving it (as per Art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code).

Procedure

Before requesting an exchange or return, we recommend that you test the product to confirm any defects. If the defect is confirmed, contact our Customer Service Center via WhatsApp (21) 99585-0444 or email info@somnisounds.com

For the exchange or return to be carried out, the product undergoes the following condition analyses:

Analysis of the original packaging, Analysis of adequate protection during transportation, Analysis of the claimed defect.

The deadline for analysing the product is up to 10 (ten) business days, counting from the receipt of the product at Somni.

In cases of defect due to misuse, the product will be returned to the customer with all associated reshipping costs.

For a faster location of the defect, we ask that you describe it in writing and provide images that demonstrate the problem.
