Motivos para Troca ou Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Defeito T\u00e9cnico ou de Fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o: Se encontrar qualquer defeito t\u00e9cnico ou de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea tem at\u00e9 30 (trinta) dias a partir da data de recebimento, conforme os Arts. 18 e 26 do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, para relatar o defeito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avaria Durante o Transporte: Caso o produto chegue danificado devido ao transporte, entre em contato conosco imediatamente e envie fotos que evidenciem os danos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produto Divergente do Pedido: Se o item recebido n\u00e3o corresponder ao que foi pedido, voc\u00ea deve nos informar sobre a discrep\u00e2ncia em at\u00e9 7 (sete) dias ap\u00f3s o recebimento, conforme o Art. 49 do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antes de solicitar a troca ou devolu\u00e7\u00e3o, sugerimos que voc\u00ea verifique e teste o produto para confirmar qualquer defeito. Se o problema for confirmado, entre em contato com nossa Central de Atendimento pelo WhatsApp (21) 99585-0444.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para que a troca ou devolu\u00e7\u00e3o seja processada, o produto passar\u00e1 pelas seguintes verifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da Embalagem Original. Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Adequada durante o Transporte. Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Defeito Reportado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O prazo para a an\u00e1lise do produto \u00e9 de at\u00e9 10 (dez) dias \u00fateis a partir do recebimento na Somni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caso o defeito seja decorrente de mau uso, o produto ser\u00e1 devolvido ao cliente com todos os custos de frete associados ao reenvio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
